Job Description:
-
PRE-BID: Review RFQ/ specs, provide specs & qty of each item to procurement team for obtaining quotes, estimate landed cost for each item; coordinate with Design team & get the drawings prepared depicting scope for the company; Prepare Technical Deviation/Clarification list; compile proposal; attend Technical & Commercial meetings with Customer.

POST BID: Internal discussion to fix budget for a project, identify risks involved in the project; Prepare project execution schedule; Ensure all other post bid activities are carried out systematically as listed in the attached annexure.

SOP’s & PROCEDURES: Develop and implement guidelines & SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) for projects department.

REPORTS: Making of the report for the pre bid and post bid status of the project on weekly basis.

Job Description:

Sending enquiries to vendors, getting quotations, making comparative statement, negotiations & placing of order. Follow up drawings, QAPs (quality assurance plan), Inspection and test plans & Schedules for timely deliveries and closing of purchase to pay cycle. Interact with logistic companies, customs department, packers & suppliers to get competitive prices.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES: To follow the policies and guidelines, SOPs for the efficient procurement & logistics.

REPORTS: Daily report on the project & procurement status.
