Automatic Batch Blending (ABB) unit provides an efficient technology to blend Lubricants in rage of 3 to 30m2 per batch.
Pressure Regulating & Metering Skids (PRMS)
These are used ti control the gas supply pressure at pre-set level and measure the quantity of the gas being consumed. The skids are supplied in several configurations of single or multi stream and houses suitable filters, safety shut off valves and metering options for clean, reliable and safe operations at the end use. These skids are pre-assembled and pre-tested for ease of installation and quick start-up at site

In-Line Blenders (ILB Skids)
In-Line Blenders or ILB skids are turnkey, skid mounted systems which accurately introduce multiple components proportionally and simultaneously into a single discharge header
Simultaneous Metered Blenders (SMB Skids)
Simultaneous Metered Blending Unit or SMB skids combines the high volume production capacity of In-Line blending units with operating flexibility of automatic batch blending
Fuel Gas Skid
It is a modular unit complete with piping, supports, tubing, valve assemblies, filters, Instrumentation, wiring on board and junction boxes.
Qualified welders can work on different piping material from carbon steel to stainless steel or other special alloys. Every fuel skid is preassembled mechanically and electrically as much as possible and it is inspected and tested according to the applicable codes, standards and specifications
Piggable Valves & Manifolds
A complete pigging systems which contains piggable equipment and pigs to avoid cross contamination and material loss in raw material and finished product transfer
Modular Skids
Modular Process Units, Modular Pipe Rack structure can be completely shop fabricated and shipped out.
Modular units may include column, exchangers, pumps, piping , instrumentation completely wired and Terminated on Plug and Play concept.
